Pacific Realty Sales & Management Inc, DBA Paul McNally Realty, is an equal housing opportunity provider, compliant with all federal, state, and local fair housing laws.  We do not discriminate against any person based on race, color, religion, sex, gender identity, sexual orientation, national origin, familial status, disability, source of income, or any other characteristic protected under applicable law.  Applications are reviewed using the same, consistent screening criteria. 


Each adult (over the age of 18) applicant must submit a separate, completed rental application, regardless of employment status or relationship to other applicants.  Applications are individually screened, with combined results from all applications determining overall eligibility.  The following items are required to be submitted along with each application:

  • VALID PHOTO ID - a government issued form of identification, e.g. driver's license, passport, or state ID.
  • PROOF OF INCOME - recent pay stubs, tax documents, or other verifiable income statements sufficiently showing that the applicant meets our income requirements.  (If you receive housing assistance, all pertinent program information and documentation must be submitted with your application.)
  • APPLICATION FEE OF $40 (U.S. CURRENCY) PER APPLICANT - payable in the form of cash, cashier's check, or money order (we do not currently accept debit/credit card transactions).  This fee covers obtaining of a credit report, as well as processing and screening of rental history and income verification.  This fee is neither deposit nor rent, and as such, may not be applied to rent(s), future rent(s), security deposit(s), nor refunded, regardless of application being accepted or declined.


  • Income Guidelines:  Combined gross monthly income of all applicants must be at least 2.5 times the monthly rent.  Documentation of verifiable income must be submitted to be considered.
  • Residential History/Landlord References:  Applicants must provide 4 years of residential history, accurate contact information for current and previous landlords or property managers, or home of record (if applicable).  Please ensure that references can be reached during standard business hours.


Where can I get an application/where do I submit my application?

You may download our application above, pick them up from our office, or contact us to email or send via regular mail to you.  Once you have your application form(s) filled out and the necessary accompanying documentation, you may mail, email, fax, or bring your application & docs to our office.  The application fee must be delivered to our office (via mail or in person), and will only be accepted after we've received your completed application & docs.  If you are delivering docs/fees in person, it is recommended that you schedule an appointment with someone from Paul McNally Realty.


How long does it take to process my application?

We do our best to process completed applications, in the order they are received, as quickly as possible.  This process can take 3-5 business days.

How do you choose when you receive multiple applications?

We process completed applications in the order they are received.  Once an application is approved, we will contact the approved applicants, who will be given a short period of time to bring in the full deposit; after receipt of the deposit, the unit will be removed from the market.
